Every listing has an Enquire button that sends a message directly to the seller. Many listings also show a Call Seller button if the seller has provided a phone number.

No — MotorBoard is a classifieds platform. We list vehicles as described by the seller but do not inspect them. We strongly recommend an independent vehicle inspection and an HPI check before purchasing any used vehicle.

Yes. Listings include a link to an affiliate HPI check provider. An HPI check reveals outstanding finance, write-off history, stolen status, and mileage anomalies — essential reading before you buy.

No. Browsing and contacting sellers is completely free for buyers.

Two options — both include VAT:

£60 — Listed until sold (no expiry)

No hidden fees, no final value fees, no commission.

Up to 20 photos and 1 video per listing. Videos must be MP4, MOV, or WebM format, maximum 50 MB and 60 seconds long.

Yes. Log in to your dashboard and select the listing to update price, description, photos, or any other detail at any time.

Go to your dashboard, open the listing, and click Mark as sold. The listing will be removed from search results immediately.

No. The listing fee covers the advertising period — it is not a sale guarantee. The fee is charged when your listing goes live and is non-refundable.

Yes — there is a 12-month minimum term. After 12 months your subscription continues on a rolling monthly basis and you can cancel at any time.

Yes. Pay upfront for a full year and get one month free — that's 12 months for the price of 11.

4-week listings automatically expire after 28 days and must be re-listed manually. Unlimited listings (Pro tier) stay live until you mark the vehicle as sold — no relisting needed.

Starter and Growth tiers support up to 25 and 50 active listings respectively (4-week cycles). The Pro tier has no listing cap — list your entire stock and it stays live until sold.

Up to 78% cheaper on a like-for-like basis. Key differences:

• Flat-rate monthly pricing — no per-listing or per-vehicle fees
• 20 photos + 1 video per listing (standard across all tiers)
• No final value fees or percentage-of-sale charges
• Simpler dashboard, faster listing workflow

Yes, after the 12-month minimum term has elapsed. Contact us at info@motorboard.co.uk to cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month.

Click List your vehicle in the top navigation, or visit /register. Enter your name, email address, and a password. Confirm your email and you're ready to list.

Go to Log in and click Forgot password?. Enter your email and we'll send a reset link within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive.
