Common questions

What's the 12-month minimum?

Subscriptions are billed monthly but committed for 12 months. After the initial 12 billing cycles, you can cancel at any time before the next billing date.

How does the annual option work?

Pay 11 months upfront and get 12 months of service — that's 1 month free. Annual subscriptions auto-renew each year.

Can I change plan mid-cycle?

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades apply at the next billing date.

What happens if a payment fails?

Stripe will retry the payment. Your listings stay online during a 3-day grace period. If payment cannot be collected, your account is suspended until resolved.
